In terms of external layout, they are classified into tubular and U-type models. Tubular screw conveyors deliver superior tightness, perfect for dusty and odorous materials. U-type screw conveyors allow easy disassembly, convenient daily maintenance and internal cleaning.


Screw conveyors possess prominent practical advantages. They occupy less floor space, run stably with low failure rates, and require minimal daily maintenance. The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents dust leakage, meeting modern environmental protection standards.
