FU type chain conveyor is a special form of en masse conveyor, applicable to convey flowing power, smallblock material on horizontal or micro inclined(α≤10°）,can be widely used in cement, grain, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc. This machine has compact structure, good sealing, and flexible process arrangement, can feed and discharge at multi-points. It adopt plate roller chain as traction components, as rolling friction exist between traction chain and guide friction, that can reduce running resistance of scraper chain, low consumption, scraper has long life and can realize long-distance conveying (Lmax = 100 m) and large capacity (Qmax = 700 m³/ h).
